Exceptional place of business. Every person I have encountered, either on the phone or in person was absolutely sweet. Facilities are clean and need and extremely family friendly. They care about your care and hold your hand every step of the way.

I honestly couldn’t ask for a better orthodontist or team. Both my son and I are currently patients, and my daughter was treated here as well, so our whole family has had the privilege of being cared for by Jackson Orthodontics. From the very beginning, they made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for—not just as patients, but as people.

What I love most is how much time they take to explain everything and make sure we understand the process. They’re patient, kind, and always go above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Doctor Jackson is the best orthodontist in the world he makes sure his patients feel like they can be comfortable where they are, make them feel safe and never have to be worried. His staff there are also amazing and they walk you step by step through what there are going to do. I got my braces on and doctor Jackson and his staff were amazing when they were doing it.
